MyCvTheque is available online via secure ASP mode, so all you need is a
computer with a browser connected to the internet.

All the features available to publish job offers can also be used to publish candidate profiles.
All our modules (drafting profiles, publishing, contact monitoring, etc) can be specially adjusted

How does MyCvTheque store applicants' CVs ?
MyCvTheque uses a semantic analysis engine to handle CVs in PDF,
DOC and RTF formats. All recognised fields are saved in a database so
as to facilitate search and sort functions. Full-text search can also
be performed at any time within the CV, covering letter or notes - these
all remain systematically linked to the candidate file.
How do software upgrades work ?
In ASP mode, updates to the MyCvTheque solution are fully transparent and
performed automatically. You systematically benefit from all the improvements made
on the basis of comments by other users of MyCvTheque.
How secure is the access to data ?
Security of your data is guaranteed by contract. All users benefit from
personalised secure access with fully configurable access rights. In addition,
your data is backed up weekly.
Do I have to do any Data Protection paperwork ?
MyCvTheque will carry out all required formalities with the French Information Commissioner's
Office (CNIL). The solution provides all the features required for individuals listed in
the database to exercise their rights under French data protection law.
